SHIPPING POLICY
I try to ship in stock items within a day or two of receiving your order. If I need to make the item, I'm out of town or the stars are not aligned it may take longer. Shipping for Jewelry is $5 for first class (allow 5-10 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail , insured for $9 (allow 3-7 business days). USPS Priority Mail shipping and packaging is included in the price for Art Glass and Mirrors. Glass is double boxed and insured. All items ship from
Spiral Studio in Juneau Alaska.
Pickup is available at Spiral Studio by appointment however 5% Juneau City Tax will be added to sale.
International or special arrangements can be made, please contact me.
RETURN POLICY
Purchases may be returned in their original condition withing 15 days of receiving them. Refunds for the items purchase price will be credited upon Spiral Studio receiving the item-no shipping or handling fees will be refunded. Items shipped by priority mail are insured, if any damage that occurs during shipping, please file a claim on the USPS.com website and let me know what has happened.
